Letter of Recommendation for Kenneth G. Stickney, Real Estate Broker

To whom it may concern,

I was born and raised in China but moved to Southern California over 20 years ago.  As a PhD I work with UCLA, Cal Tech and JPL, so I purchased my first home in California to raise my son. After he finished college, he moved away and it was time to sell my home and move to a condominium in Pasadena. I asked my good friend George Giaimo if he knew a good Realtor and he told me to call Ken Stickney.  Ken was very patient and professional and helped me understand the complexities of selling a home, in what was a difficult market at the time. He saved me money by staging the home with my own furnishings.  But one of the most important things to me was whether he would get along with my dog Carmen.  Carmen doesn’t like many people and the only man she ever let near him was my son, but Carmen loved Ken.  That was a good sign to me.  It is always hard to sell a home with so many good memories. Ken understood how I felt and kept me focused on the goal of selling my beloved home.

We are still friends and when I had a problem with a strange noise in my condominium, he researched the issue and found the proper people to come study the noise and was able to resolve the issue.  This is the kind of service Ken gives to his clients.  I would highly recommend Ken to anyone to be his or her real estate professional.
