Dear Mr. Jones,
My husband and I wanted to sell our home in Arcadia, California. I asked my neighbor Jennifer Lopez, who they used to sell their home. Jennifer highly recommended Ken Stickney as their agent. She said, “Call Ken and do everything he says! Then be ready to move.” From our very first meeting, Ken made us comfortable in his abilities to sell our home. He had clear knowledge about more than just selling our home. He helped us stage our home while we were still living in and enjoying it with our one-year-old son and two small dogs (that were not particularly friendly but who apparently liked Ken). Staging our home was tricky, having a one-year-old who left his toys all over the house. Ken came up with a great solution. He asked which toys were our son’s favorites, put those in a chest in the living room where he liked to play. Everything else went into the garage. By the time we were all done, our house looked like a show piece. Our home sold within a week of listing for a price we were happy with, and with his help we found and purchased a new home in Glendora, California, two weeks after that. He was able to arrange simultaneous closings, so that we moved from our home in Arcadia directly to our new home in Glendora – one move – without storing our belongings or living in an interim residence (saving us more money), and allowing us to continue working. We’d be delighted to recommend Ken Stickney to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a new home.
